Ultra-compact size for flexible design

The KAP05_T-1A series of non-isolated PSiP DC/DC switching regulators from MORNSUN utilize advanced DFN packaging technology, with a very small volume of only 2.5*2*1.2mm (smaller than a 1206 capacitor). With the use of minimal components, only requiring filtering capacitors to build peripheral circuits, it effectively reduces the board area, improves space utilization, and simplifies the design process.

High efficiency and reliability

Traditional linear regulator solutions have low efficiency, serious heat generation, and numerous reliability risks. In contrast, the MORNSUN KAP05_T-1A series of non-isolated switching regulators can achieve a maximum full load efficiency of 91% and can operate at full load even under 70°C conditions, effectively ensuring reliable performance. Additionally, the no-load input current is as low as 0.3mA, catering to the demands of low-power standby applications.

The ultra-compact KAP05_T-1A series can be widely used in wearable devices, smartphones, palmtop computers, handheld game consoles, portable navigation devices, etc., especially in small and portable instruments that require high efficiency and strict requirements on the area for installing components.
