EMC Filter for Marine Industry - FC-I-CCS Series
Introduction
In the power supply design of marine applications, the main power circuits often have high EMC interference in low-frequency. To increase the anti-interference capability, MORNSUN launches the FC-I-CCS series of EMC filters as a supplement to meet the design requirement, specifically for the AC/DC DIN Rail Power Supply.
Advantages
Compliance with Industry Safety
FC-I-CCS series features high reliability with CE markings (IEN62368). It is designed to meet the requirement of actual applications and can be compatible with the MORNSUN AC/DC DIN Rail Power Supply LIHF series, meeting the GD22-2015 standard of 10kHz - 30MHz, EMC1.
Strong Immunity to CM & DM Interference
Based on the first-order filtering scheme, the EMC filter FC-I-CCS series has a strong immunity to CM & DM interference (CM/DM>40dB), which can effectively ensure the stability and reliability of the whole system.
Strong Immunity to surge voltage
The fluctuation of the power supply circuits will cause a surge, which will greatly affect the back-end devices. If the back-end devices’ protection is not properly or enough, the whole system may cause faults. The FC-I-CCS series, a filter module applied in the input of the power supplies, has a strong immunity to surge voltage in conventional circuits, such as the surge of DM up to 4kV and a surge of CM up to 6kV.
Applications
FC-I-CCS, compatible with MORNSUN High-reliability AC/DC DIN Rail Power Supplies, can be applied in harsh environments, such as marine equipment, wind power, railway, new energy, etc.
