Introduction

Industry 4.0, namely Internet and Smart Manufacturing, is constantly expanding the application range and requirements of current detection products.

 

MORNSUN launched the disc-type Hall current transducer TLx00-D2C series /TLx00(P)-D1C series. This series features high cost-effectiveness, excellent performance, and strong compatibility, and is available in square or round shapes. This series is based on Hall closed-loop effect sensors for current detection, with insulation between the primary and secondary sides.

 

MORNSUN is based on the innovation of core materials & structural design, and the highly automated manufacturing process, making this series of products have better performance, better price, and stronger compatibility.

This series is suitable for industrial-level current detection applications that have higher requirements of accuracy, linearity, and temperature drift, such as welding power supply, power supply equipment, power heating equipment, large UPS equipment, motor drive equipment, etc.


The round or square type of Hall closed-loop current transducer is available, you can choose according to the actual installation environment and the reserved installation space. 

(Square: 68x57x20mm, Round: 68x57.7x20mm; If the installation space is small, we recommend choosing the round one.)

(* After using the current transducer AC/DC/pulse detection and feedback, in most cases, the above applications can improve welding quality, increase efficiency and reduce costs.

1. IP is measured current, IS is measuring current, C=100μF;

2. RM is measuring resistance, set according to the required voltage range of the output circuit;

3. By measuring the test current IS flowing through RM, or the voltage UR across RM, the primary current IP can be obtained:

IP = KN *IS =KN * (UR / RM)

 

It is recommended to use MORNSUN power supply WRA-3WR2/WRB-3WR2 (MORNSUN) with 3W output power and output voltage of ±15V. Please choose according to the actual application or contact FAE.
