±4kV High Surge Protection Isolated CAN Transceiver Module TD5(3)01DCANHE Series

    MORNSUN recently launched the new isolated CAN transceiver TD5(3)01DCANHE with excellent EMC performance. The new series has two optional voltages of 3.3V and 5V, and are designed to withstand high voltage transients of up to 15 kV IEC ESD (air discharge), 8 kV IEC ESD (contact discharge), and 4 kV surge. Due to its outstanding EMC performance, the new series not only has low electromagnetic radiation and high resistance to electromagnetic interference, but also can run stably in a strong interference environment.

    The TD5(3)01DCANHE series adopts IC integrated technology which greatly improve EMC performance and keep DIP8 package. Besides, with integrated power supply, CAN bus isolation and ESD protection in one module, they can assist fast signal response in the applications of power grid, industrial control, transportation (rail, automotive) and instrumentation, etc.
